An extremely courteous person at the Orlando Store – not halfway around the world – answered the phone on the third ring, and a technician was dispatched within the hour. The equally polite and knowledgable technician arrived a few minutes later and repaired a 20-plus-year-old fridge at a fraction of the cost of a new one. No food was lost, not even the frozen apple pie. How sweet it is! Customer service and good old fashioned American know-how were truly rescued from the deep freeze on this occasion.
