MatWorkz is a full-service Pilates Studio with facilities for tower mat classes of up to six students and private instruction for singles, duets and trios. A separate studio for GYROTONIC^®instruction accommodates two students and small groups for GYROKINESIS^®. There is a massage room and dressing room.

MatWorkz was the first Pilates studio in Central Florida to offer mat classes as well as private/duet lessons. In 2004, it began offering the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM^®, taught by certified instructor and studio owner Deborah Watson. It remains the only studio in the area to offer the method.
