With hipster landmarks like Park Ave. CDs, Bold Hype, and Stardust Video & Coffee all within spitting distance, it’s surprising to see such an unpretentious bar anchoring the corner of Corrine Drive and East Winter Park Road. Big Daddy’s may be as casual as it gets, but they’re mighty serious about their singing, with karaoke every night of the week. Each night has its own flavor of regulars, but be sure to check out snarky Orlando host DJ Di (pictured) on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. When the crowd is with her, Di’s freewheeling gigs are karaoke with a comedy night on the side.
